Barbells range from 22 lbs/10 kgs to 66 lbs/30 kgs.
There’s a combined Smith machine and dual cable machine with plenty of handles.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, two stationary bikes, two cross-trainers and a rowing machine.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? No.

I believe the hotel gym was open from 7am to 10pm.
I was happy that they had Olympic plates and weighted barbells.
