Equipment

There’s a fair selection of dumbbells and barbells including a pair of adjustable benches. There’s also a handful of pin-operated machines – for example, for leg presses and seated rows. There’s a Smith machine and a cable machine as well.

As for cardio equipment, there’s a treadmill, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

I was happy they had cross-trainers.

I would’ve loved to see a boxing speedbag.

Equipment

There’s a chest press machine, a leg extension machine and a lat pull-down machine.

There’s also a squat rack, a bench press setup and a cable machine (including battle-ropes).

There’s a nice selection of dumbbells and a pair of adjustable benches (decline included).

In the center of the room, there’s a cable tower with four separate stations allowing you – among other things – to do lat pull-downs, seated rows, etc.

If you’re in the mood for cardio, there’s a stationary bike, two treadmills, a curved treadmill, a rowing machine and a cross trainer.

The hotel gym is clean and everything is new (TechnoGym).

I was happy with the available equipment – I only missed booty-bands but you can do almost any workout you’d normally do in your own gym.

According to the AC, it was 18 degrees Celsius, but it felt closer to 28 degrees.

Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?

I’m not sure. I would never make a hotel decision because of a gym. However, if there’s a gym which I can use, I’m happy.
