There’s a single cable machine, a lat pull-down machine and a chest press machine.

There’re dumbbells – up to 50 lbs/22 kgs – and two adjustable benches in a small free-weight area.

As for cardio equipment, there’re four stationary bikes and two treadmills.

It’s a very small hotel gym with little room to move and not a lot of kit. I was lucky enough to get it to myself on both visits during my stay, but it would get very sticky and intimate with three or more people in the hotel gym at the same time.

Despite not having much kit I did have a fantastic workout, which shows you can improvise and still rock your workout without state-of-the-art equipment!

There’s also a nice small rooftop pool.

There’s a few kettlebells and dumbbells, but also weight-based machines making it possible to exercises like leg extensions, chest presses, shoulder presses, biceps curls and lat pull-downs.

As for cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, four stationary bikes and two cross-trainers.

Accessories include a pair of exercise balls, a step bench and an ab wheel.

I was happy to find kettlebells there.

There’s more than a handful of weight-based machines – for example, standing calf raises, barbell overhead presses, leg extensions, leg curls, seated leg presses, lat pull-downs, chest flys and bent-over rows. They have dumbbells and a barbell bench press setup as well. There’re also several squat racks and deadlifting platforms including trap bar options.

As for cardio equipment, there’s a treadmill, two cross-trainers and three stationary bikes.

This hotel gym is more like a bodybuilding gym full of mainly squat racks and deadlifting platforms. Available equipment looks like it’s straight out of the Arnold heydays of the 70s- and 80s!

The amount of weight plates this hotel gym has is ridiculous – I’m pretty sure it was used as a training facility for Olympic weight-lifting.

Opening hours are from 8am to 9pm.

There’s a solid selection of dumbbells and an adjustable bench to work with.

There’s even a barbell bench press setup and a so-called Plurima multi-gym from TechnoGym making it possible to do all sorts of exercises – for example, leg extensions, lat pull-downs, biceps curls, etc.

There’s also TRX setup, kettlebells (up to 26 lbs/12 kgs) and a decline bench ideal for ab crunches too.

The cardio section covers a rowing machine, two treadmills, two cross-trainers and two spinning-like bikes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.

Equipment is new and amazing and from one of the best brands.

Although the hotel gym is small, it’s quite enough and totally enjoyable.

It’s a small one-room hotel gym.

The opening hours are 24/7. However, it’s usually busy between 6 and 7pm.

There’s air conditioning but it’s not that great.

The equipment was clean and maintained. The only issue was the water machine – it was broken but they had plenty of water bottles available instead.

I would’ve liked another treadmill as the only time I could use it was early in the morning. It was a busy hotel gym in the afternoon/evening.

Although the gym was small, there’s enough equipment to do a sufficient upper (push) and back (pull) workout. There wouldn’t really be enough equipment to do a legs session, unless you’re happy to go light weight or do bodyweight squats, for example.

I believe the opening hours are 24/7.

Although there weren’t lots of equipment, the hotel gym wasn’t busy – there’s always stuff available to use.

Everything was clean and equipment all worked.

I wasn’t expecting to see the leg extension machine or the lat pull-down machine. However, it would’ve been nice if they’d have had barbells and a rack, but I know that’s very optimistic and just because I love deadlifts.

Dumbbells range from 9 to 31 lbs/4 to 14 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.

As for cardio equipment, there’s a cross-trainer, a treadmill and two stationary bikes plus a spinning-like bike.

The hotel gym is located on the 7th floor and easily accessible with your room key.

It’s open 24/7 and everything is clean and well maintained.

There’s also a Smith machine and a cable tower for seated rows and lat pull-downs, for example.

Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches to work with.

If you’re in the mood for cardio, they’ve got you covered as well! There’re three treadmills, two cross-trainers, two stationary bikes and a rowing machine.

There’s also a separate area with around 10 spinning bikes.

The opening hours are from 10am to 8pm which is quite annoying since it means you can’t work out before breakfast.

Since there’re no towels are water in the actual hotel gym, you should bring this by yourself.

I was super excited to see they had a Smith machine as well as leg curls and extensions!

You’re required to book an appointment if you want to use the hotel gym. This is most likely due to the COVID-19 situation, since there’s also a limit as to how many people they allow inside at a time.

Not sure – this hotel gym was pretty nice, but I don’t really book hotels based on their hotel gyms. If they have a nice hotel gym, it’s great – if they don’t, I just get creative.
