Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’s a decline bench as well as an adjustable bench.
There’s also a dual cable machine and a Smith machine.
There’s even a multi-gym making it possible to do chest and rear delt flys, leg extensions, lat pull-downs, seated rows, leg presses and chest presses.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, a cross-trainer and two treadmills.
