In terms of cardio equipment, whatever you need is there – treadmills, two bikes and a cross trainer.
However, in terms of weights, dumbbells only go up to 20kg and since there’re no barbells available you need a bit of creativity in order to secure a proper full-body workout.

There’s a nice roof-top pool just outside the hotel gym.

It’s possible, but I’ll probably check for other options with a better gym at first.
