Dumbbells go up to 88 lbs/40 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches – including the decline version – to work with.
There’s a Smith machine and an EZ bar with plates totaling more than 220 lbs/100 kgs.
There’s also a lat pull-down machine and a machine for leg extensions and leg curls.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, a spinning-like bike, three cross-trainers, a step machine and four treadmills.
 
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

The gym is open 24/7.
There’s only one cable pull down machine – i.e. the lat pull-down. It would’ve been nice for it either to be adjustable height or to have a crossover set.
There is a good range of leg machines and also a flexibility machine which I’ve never seen before!
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?

There’s a Smith machine with a fair selection of weight-plates that also come in handy for the available EZ bar. There’s also a lat pull-down machine and a machine for leg extensions and leg curls.
Dumbbells range from 4 to 88lbs/2 to 40 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well as a decline bench.
 
If you’re looking for a cardio-based workout, there’re five treadmills, three cross-trainers and a spinning-like stationary bike.
 
Accessories include exercise mats, a few exercise balls and medicine balls as well as kettlebells. There’s also a TRX setup and a pull-up bar.

It’s a nice hotel gym which is open 24/7. There’s also a full-length lap pool and spa.
I was positively surprised to see that they had a TRX suspension trainer.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! I like that it had everything I needed to complete my workout. A lot of times, these hotel gyms are limited, and I have to get creative.
