Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches to work with.
There’s also a fair selection of pin-operated machines – for example, lat pull-downs, seated leg presses, shoulder presses and chest presses.
There’s even a Smith machine!
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, two stationary bikes and two cross-trainers.
 
Accessories cover a punching bag, exercise mats, exercise balls and elastic bands.

The hotel gym, which was quite spacious, is open 24/7.
Equipment was new and everything was clean.
I was happy to see that water available was cold – instead of the usual lukewarm water most hotel gyms offer.
Parts of the hotel gym is overlooking the outdoor pool.

Dumbbells go up to 62 lbs/28 kgs and there’re several different benches to work with. They have barbells and kettlebells too.
There’s a wide range of pin-operated machines – for example, seated leg presses, leg curls, leg extensions and ab crunches. There’s also a dual cable machine with a nice selection of handles, a Smith machine and even an incline, decline and flat bench press setup.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re six treadmills, three cross-trainers, a rowing machine, three stationary bikes and a step machine.

It’s a spacious hotel gym with loads of equipment.
They have yoga and boxing classes.
Opening hours are from 8am to 10pm.

There’s a multi-gym consisting of a chest presses, lat pull-downs and leg extensions.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, two treadmills and two cross-trainers.
 
Exercise balls and mats are available too.

There’s also an indoor pool.

Not sure – I picked this hotel because it was fairly easy getting on and off the freeway.
