As for cardio equipment, there’s a spinning bike, a stationary bike, a cross trainer and a treadmills.

This hotel gym is really too small and under-equipped.

No, I’m glad I was there for skiing!

The hotel gym offers two barbells (20kg) with enough plates (1,25-25kg). In addition, there’re several curl bars (12-24kg). There’s one rack for e.g. squats, deadlifts, rows and one for bench presses. Dumbbells are available from 4-14kg. You’ll also find a pulley tower, a lat machine, chest-press and leg extension machine, a bench for abs exercise and a station for dips and leg raises.
 
For cardio training, there’s a cross-trainer, two stationary bikes, a water rower and two treadmills.

A really well-equipped hotel gym, especially for strength training.
There’s a nice view outside from the window front.
The temperature in the room can be regulated by air conditioning.
Opening hours were 7am to 10pm.
Everything is new and in good condition.

Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
It’s not very likely… Although in good condition, the equipment is way too limited. Unless you’re in the mood for body-weighted or TRX exercises, you’re left with the cardio equipment.
Although the gym is rather small, there’s space enough to add a rack of dumbbells, a bench and a barbell with a fair range of weight plates and maybe even a small cable machine.

The cardio equipment is a bit worn-out, but it’s surely suited for a short warm-up.
Dumbbells range up to 10kg, but there’re barbells allowing you to go higher.

The hotel gym is open 24 hours every day – you just gain access via your room key.
It’s located to the side of the underground parking garage – although in a separate room. However, there’s no real ventilation and without any windows it might feel a bit claustrophobic to some.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
I might! The overall impression was surely better than expected – and old school in a positive sense. However, based on the rather worn out cardio equipment and the somewhat claustrophobic location, I might search for other options.
