There’s a nice selection of dumbbells (up to 110 lbs/50 kgs), kettlebells, and barbells.
There’s also a lot of pin-operated machines as well covering – for example – shoulder presses, chest presses, lat pull-downs, leg curls and seated leg presses.
Furthermore, there’s also a dual cable machine and a Smith machine with plenty of weight plates.
There’s even a plate loaded glute bridge machine and plate loaded standing hamstring curl machine.
 
As for cardio equipment, they have treadmills, stair-masters, stationary bikes and a rowing machine.
 
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.
 
Comments
The hotel gym is spotlessly clean and has machines and weights for every muscle group as well as a large cardio suite.
Opening hours are 24/7.
The only thing I felt was missing was a dedicated calf machine, but I could use the leg press, so it wasn’t such a big deal!

There’re cable machines, leg press and leg extension machines as well as inner and outer thigh machines. There’s also a squat rack, shoulder and chest press machines as well as a flat and incline bench press.
 
There’s a solid selection of barbells and dumbbells (up to 80 lbs/36 kgs) and plenty of adjustable benches.
 
The cardio area is quite extensive with several treadmills, cross-trainers, stationary bikes and even rowing machines.

They offer yoga and pilates classes.

Yes! The treadmills face the windows to the ocean which is a very nice feature!

There’re kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells (up to 33 lbs/15 kgs) and a cable machine.
They also had pretty much every standard pin-operated machine – for example, lat pull-downs, seated leg presses, lying leg curls and chest/rear delt flys. There’s even a Smith machine.
 
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re a lot of treadmills, cross-trainers, and stationary bikes. They even have a stair master!

According to their website, opening hours are from 7am to 10pm. However, we were there at 6:45am.
It would’ve been nice if there’d been heavier dumbbells. The space available in the dumbbells area as well as for mobility and core exercises was a bit limited.

Not sure – I think I’d stay there again because the resort was good overall. Not just the hotel gym. However, we do choose hotels with gyms, so it would also be something to swing it.

There’s a dual cable machine, a Smith machine and a squat rack – and plenty of weight plates. There’s also a handful of pin-operated machines – for example, lat pull-downs and seated legs presses. There’s also a solid range of dumbbells and adjustable benches, including the decline option.
 
There’s also a rather extensive selection of cardio equipment covering rowing machines, stationary bikes, treadmills and cross-trainers.

I was happy to see they had so many cardio machines.
The only thing I was missing was an assisted pull up/dip machine.

There’re pin-operated machines covering exercises such as shoulder presses, lat pull-downs, lying leg curls, chest presses, rear delt flys, etc.
There’s also a dual cable machine and a limited selection of dumbbells – only up to 44 lbs/20 kgs.
 
The cardio section is pretty extensive with three treadmills, two cross-trainers, a stair-master, and two stationary bikes.

The hotel gym is clean and equipment well-maintained and in good condition.
I was really excited that they had a stair-master.
The gym also smelled like Eucalyptus the whole time and was warm like they had the heat on. I actually liked that aspect a lot.

No, I wouldn’t go there because of the hotel gym, but I definitely used it while I was there and I don’t always use the hotel gym while on vacation.

Dumbbells go up to 55 lbs/25 kgs and there’s just one adjustable bench to work with.
 
In terms of pin-operated machines, there’s a leg extension, chest press, chest flys and a cable machine.
There’s also a tower for dips, chin-ups or pull-ups.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re two cross-trainers, two stationary bikes and three treadmills.
 
There’s also a separate area for TRX training.

The hotel gym is open from 7am to 8pm every day – no badge needed.
There were two TVs, but only one was on.
Cleanliness was pretty good.
It’s a bit small and there’s only one bench.
The cable machine was in rather poor condition, but the chest press machine was ok.
It would’ve been nice if they’d had some barbells and weight plates.

No, I’d definitively not chose this hotel because of the hotel gym.

Dumbbells range from 5 to 60lbs/2 to 27kgs and there’re two adjustable benches.
There’s an extensive selection of weight-based machines! For lower body exercises you can do lying leg curls, leg extensions, calf raises, leg kickbacks and leg presses. There’re also adduction and abduction machines as well as a leg press machine.
If you’re looking for an upper body workout, there’re machines covering the following: lat pull-downs, seated rows, shoulder presses, biceps curls, triceps extensions, seated chest presses and chest/rear delt flys.
There’s even a Smith machine, a cable machine as well as a flat bench press and an incline bench press setup with the following plates available: 6 x 45lbs, 4 x 35lbs, 6 x 25lbs, 4 x 10lbs, 3 x 5 lbs and 2 x 2.5lbs.
There’s also an ab bench and a bench for hyper extensions.
 
As for cardio, there’re four treadmills, four cross-trainers and three stationary bikes.

Opening hours are from 6am to 9pm on Mondays to Fridays – and from 7am to 8pm during the weekend.
 
The equipment is well maintained and there’s lots of space, but a limited amount of dumbbells and plates. However, there’s a wider range of weight-based machines than expected – surely enough to get in an effective workout for the average person, either full body or a split.
 
It would’ve been nice if they’d had a pull-up machine and more exercise mats and some bar pads. There weren’t enough clips for the barbells, so only one person could work with those at a time.

There’s also a smith machine!
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re two spinning-like bikes, three stationary bikes, six treadmills and four cross-trainers.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 8am, I believe. However, they let me in every day at 5:45am. It would’ve been nice if it’d been open 24/7.

There’re also two cable towers allowing for several stations offering lat pull-downs, seated rows, triceps push-downs, etc.
There’s a nice selection of dumbbells as well as adjustable benches.
There’s an abs/dips station and even a climbing wall!
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re two cross-trainers, three treadmills and a spinning bike.

The hotel gym is staffed, but they leave you to work out in peace. However, a team member was quick to assist when treadmill was acting up, but once he sorted the issue, he left us to work out.
Team members were cleaning equipment while we were there, so everything is very clean.
Opening hours are from 8am to 8pm.
I was surprised by the amount of equipment and the cable towers being there and in good order. Usually, I only see a couple of treadmills and free weights, so the fact there’re three or four benches, a couple of different racks/frames and other machines is a good bonus.

Yes! It’s a really well-equipped hotel gym – all the equipment is in good order and well placed.
