There’re kettlebells and dumbbells (up to 50 lbs/22 kgs) and a pair of adjustable benches.

As for cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, two cross-trainers and three treadmills.

Accessories cover exercise mats, exercise balls, medicine balls and foam rollers.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Comments

It’s nice that they had foam rollers and exercise balls.

The hotel was brand new as was all the equipment and it was very clean.

Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?

No, it wasn’t anything special.

Equipment

There’re all sorts of machines including leg presses, leg curls, leg extensions, lat pull-downs, shoulder and chest presses.

There’s also a cable machine, a solid selection of dumbbells (up to 22 kgs), kettlebells and medicine balls and adjustable benches.

The cardio section consists of a pair of stationary bikes, four cross-trainers and more than a handful of treadmills. Added bonus is that this area of the hotel gym is facing the ocean!

There’s a separate room with spinning bikes.

Does the hotel gym offer complementary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? Yes.

The staff is super friendly and constantly cleaning the facility.

Due to COVID 19 regulations, there’s currently a maximum of guests allowed in the hotel gym. The gym never got super crowded during the time of my visit.

They also offer workout classes every morning.

Yes, indeed!
